TRUANCY. Kendra Lynn Sisco, 38, Rock Hall, on Jan. 31, was issued a district court summons for contributing to the condition of a child; and failure to send a child to school. She was released after signing for the summons.

BURGLARY. Rosalba Eusebio-Geronimo, 41, Sudlersville, on Jan. 31, was issued a district court summons for fourth-degree burglary. She was released after signing for the summons.

FTA. Jason Nathaniel Seago, 39, Chestertown, on Jan. 31, was issued a circuit court body attachment for failure to appear in court. Bond initially was set at $1,900.

PROBATION. April Mo’nae Sisco, 28, Chestertown, on Feb. 1, was issued a circuit court bench warrant for violation of probation. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

THEFT. Cpl. Jordan Proudfoot is investigating a Feb. 1 reported theft of a Sterling dump truck in the 31000-block of Chesterville Bridge Road, Millington.

THEFT. Heather Nicole Comegys, 31, Chestertown, on Feb. 2, was issued a district court summons for numerous theft-related offenses. She was released after signing for the summons.

FUGITIVE. David Alton Somerville, 31, Edgewood, on Feb. 2, was issued a district court warrant for being a fugitive from the state of Virginia. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
