Chestertown Police

TRESPASS. April Monae Sisco, 28, Chestertown, on Sept. 22, was issued a summons for trespassing. The offense is alleged to have occurred Sept. 9 in the 100-block of Hawkins Drive. PFC Meera Srinivasan investigated.

TRESPASS. A 14-year-old male, on Sept. 24, was referred to the Department of Juvenile Services on a complaint of trespassing. The offense is alleged to have occurred Sept. 23 in the 100-block of Philosophers Terrace. Cpl. Chris Schwink investigated.

RUNAWAY.  A 14-year-old male, on Sept. 24, was referred to the Department of Juvenile Services on a complaint of being a runaway. Cpl. Chris Schwink investigated.

TRESPASS. Tammy Marie Hoffmann, 56, Chestertown, on Sept. 24, was issued a district court citation for trespassing. 

THEFT. Officer Travis Burke is investigating a Sept. 25 reported theft in the 400-block of High Street.

THEFT. Officer Travis Burke is investigating a Sept. 26 report of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Kent County Sheriff

PROBATION. Chase Leighton Jones, 40, Chestertown, on Sept. 26, was issued a circuit court bench warrant for violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

MDOP. Kiara Nicole Wilson, 33, Chestertown, on Sept. 26, was issued a district court arrest warrant charging her with malicious destruction of property. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

ASSAULT. James Edward Brown, 34, and Megan Danielle Brown, 28, both of Baltimore, on Oct. 1, were charged with second-degree assault. They were released on personal recognizance. The assault is alleged to have occurred in the 5800-block of Cottage Avenue, Rock Hall.
