DRUGS. Delvon Sylvester Henry, 31, Worton, on Feb. 6, was issued a district court summons for drug-related offenses including possession of a controlled dangerous substance that is not cannabis; and possession of a narcotic with intent to distribute. He was released on personal recognizance.

DRUGS. Lacira Chamar Wilson, 38, Worton, on Feb. 6, was issued a district court summons for drug-related offenses including conspiracy to possess a controlled dangerous substance that is not cannabis; and conspiracy to possess a narcotic with intent to distribute. She was released on personal recognizance.

FTA. Jyaire Tychell McCall, no date of birth given, Betterton, on Feb. 6, was issued a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She was released on personal recognizance.

ABUSE. Dawn Nichole Faebus, 40, Chestertown, on Feb. 6, was issued a district court arrest warrant charging her with sexual abuse of a minor (two counts); and second-degree assault. She was released on unsecured bond.

PROBATION. April Mo’nae Sisco, 28, Chestertown, on Feb. 7, was issued a circuit court bench warrant for violation of probation. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

FTA. Isaac Kareen Ransom Bullard, 23, Chestertown, on Feb. 7, was issued a Queen Anne’s County Circuit Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released into the custody of the Queen Anne’s County Sheriff’s Office.

THEFT. DFC Michael Piasecki is investigating a Feb. 8 theft of a laptop computer from a residence on Circle Park Drive, Rock Hall.

TRAFFIC. Betty Lou Brooks, 79, Chestertown, on Feb. 9, was issued a Queen Anne’s County District Court summons for changing lanes when unsafe; and driving on the left side of the road in a posted no-passing zone. She was released on personal recognizance.

ASSAULT. Lt. Scott Duhamell is investigating a reported assault Feb. 8 that occurred following a “road rage” incident on Brickyard Road, Chestertown. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the victim was struck by a vehicle. A suspect has been identified.

ARSON. A 15-year-old, on Feb. 10, was referred to the Department of Juvenile Services on a complaint of threat of arson. According to a sheriff’s office news release, deputies responded to the 6300-block of Rock Hall Road, Rock Hall for a report of an individual threatening to set fire to an occupied structure. Kasey Griffitts investigated.

ASSAULT. Heather Nicole Stoutsenberger, 39, Chestertown, on Feb. 11, was charged with first-degree assault. She was released on a $50,000 unsecured bond. The offense is alleged to have occurred in the 21000-block of Ann Street, Rock Hall. The complainant told police that they were assaulted with a knife, according to a sheriff’s office news release.

FTA. Elizabeth Ann Ramirez, 44, Rock Hall, on Feb. 12, was issued a circuit court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
