THEFT. Cpl. Jordan Proudfoot is investigating an alleged ongoing theft scheme in the 22000-block of Johnson Avenue, Rock Hall. The complainant, on March 5, reported that an unknown amount of money had been taken over the past 10 months. According to a sheriff’s office news release, a suspect has been identified.

DRUGS. Nehemiah Elijah James Williams, 29, Chestertown, on March 7, was issued a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with drug-related offenses including possession of a narcotic with intent to distribute. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

ASSAULT. Ralph Woodward Leonard, 39, Rock Hall, on March 8, was charged with second-degree assault. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond. The offense is alleged to have occurred in the 6100-block of Dorlon Drive, Rock Hall. DFC Aquil Freeman investigated.

FTA. Christian Javar Cole, 29, Frederica, Del., on March 11, was issued a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released on an unsecured bond.

FTA. Kaylee Lynn Marvel, 28, Earleville, on March 11, was issued a Cecil County District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She was released on personal recognizance.
