FTA. Jamar Rashaud Hynson, 34, Chestertown, on Oct. 3, was issued a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

PROBATION. Kiara Nicole Wilson, 33, Rock Hall, on Oct. 4, was issued circuit court bench warrants for failure to comply, two counts; and violation of probation. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

ASSAULT. Nytre Nickael Green, 23, Chestertown, on Oct. 5, was issued a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with first- and second-degree assault; reckless endangerment; threat of arson; false imprisonment; malicious destruction of property having a value greater than $1,000; and theft, less than $100. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

FTA. Strom Thurmond Davis, 32, Worton, on Oct. 9, was issued a circuit court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

BURGLARY. Cpl. Jordan Proudfoot is investigating a reported burglary Oct. 9 in the  10000-block of Tonopah Road, near Chestertown. According to a sheriff’s office news release, “extensive damage” was caused to the interior of the residence.

PROBATION. Jesus Martinez Bustamante, 24, Chestertown, on Oct. 9, was issued a circuit court bench warrant for violation of probation. He initially was held in the  Kent County Detention Center without bond.

HARASS. Bruce Paul McNeil, 63, Rock Hall, on Oct. 10, was issued a district court summons for trespass on private property; and harass, course of conduct. He was released on personal recognizance.

ASSAULT. Lt. Scott Duhamell is investigating a reported assault Oct. 10 in the 10000-block of Rileys Neck Road, Millington. The complainant told police he was hit over the head with a flower pot. According to a sheriff’s office news release, a suspect has been identified.

FTA. Shakeira Ty’Ja Wilson, 24, Chestertown, on Oct. 10, was issued a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She was released on an unsecured bond.

FTA. Thomas Lovell Isler, 33,  Waldorf, on Oct. 10, was issued an Anne Arundel County District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released on personal recognizance.

PROBATION. Dennis Eugene Black, 43,  Chestertown, on Oct. 10, was issued circuit court bench warrants for violation of probation, two counts; and failure to comply. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

BURGLARY. Steven Lee Babylon, 53, Still Pond, on Oct. 12, was issued a summons for fourth-degree burglary. He was released after signing the summons.

COMPLY. Jamar Rashaud Hynson, 34, Chestertown, on Oct. 13, was issued a circuit court bench warrant for failure to comply. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

MDOP. Keeshira Danyae Wilson, 31, Chestertown, on Oct. 13, was issued a district court summons for malicious destruction of property, having a value of more than $1,000. She was released after signing the summons.
