PROBATION. Ian Taylor Gallagher, 22, Chester, on March 26, was issued a circuit court bench warrant for violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

PROBATION. Cynthia Deanne Walters, 49, Baltimore, on March 27, was issued a district court bench warrant for violation of probation. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

PROBATION. Duwanyae Nakeis Smith, 26, Chestertown, on March 27, was issued a circuit court bench warrant for violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

PROBATION. Reginald Keysaan Lewis, 34, Baltimore, on March 29, was issued a circuit court bench warrant for violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

FALSE STATEMENT. Debbie Lynne Whaland, 62, Rock Hall, on March 29, was issued a Cecil County District Court arrest warrant charging her with making a false statement to a police officer. She was released on personal recognizance.

PROBATION. Jessica Anne Jacquette, 33, Rock Hall, on March 29, was issued a district court bench warrant for violation of probation. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

THEFT. James Robert Reynolds, 53, Warwick, on March 29, was issued a district court arrest warrant charging him with theft, $1,500 to less than $25,000; and unauthorized removal of a motor vehicle. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

FTA. Roshayla Brittany Miller, 31, Chestertown, on March 29, was issued a Kent County District Court bench warrant for failure to appear  in court and a Queen Anne’s County District Court bench warrant for contempt. 

According to a sheriff’s office news release, Miller was found to be in possession of suspected drugs when she was issued the bench warrants. She was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance that is not cannabis and possession of CDS paraphernalia, and then released.

ASSAULT. Kameron Nicole Ellis, 21, Chestertown, on March 30, was charged with second-degree assault. She was released on personal recognizance. The offense is alleged to have occurred in the 23000-block of Sandpiper Road, near Chestertown. DFC Colin Rhodes investigated.

PROBATION. Brian Emory Gross, 39, Chestertown, on April 1, was issued a district court bench warrant for violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

DRUGS. Aredelle Jones, 35, Chestertown, on April 1, was issued a Dorchester County District Court summons for possession of a controlled dangerous substance that is not cannabis. He was released on personal recognizance.
