TRESPASS. Andre Sisco, 70, Rock Hall, on April 17, was charged with trespassing after allegedly being on property in the 5700-block of Chesapeake Villa Road, Rock Hall for which he had been issued a no-trespass order.

During his arrest, Sisco was found to be in possession of a suspected controlled dangerous substance that is not cannabis. He was issued a citation for the CDS offense, and then released on personal recognizance.

DFC Michael Piasecki investigated.

ASSAULT. Heather Lynne Kelley, 35, Rock Hall, on April 18, was charged with second-degree assault. She was released on personal recognizance. The offense is alleged to have occurred in the 21000-block of Rock Hall Road, Rock Hall. DFC Colin Rhodes investigated.

FRAUD. Cpl. Jordan Proudfoot is investigating a fraudulent real estate transaction that was reported April 19. According to a sheriff’s office news release, “the victim reported that an unknown suspect stole the identity of the victims and sold a parcel of land owned by the victims” in Galena. The amount of estimated loss is between $25,000 and $100,000.

FTA. Dashawn Chavez Lister, 26, Millington, on April 21, was issued a circuit court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

THEFT. Cpl. Parker Hudson is investigating an April 21 reported theft of U.S. currency and electronic funds that was facilitated through a fraudulent CashApp account created in the victim’s name.

ASSAULT. DFC Wayne Baker is investigating an assault that was reported April 22. The assault is alleged to have occurred April 8 on Creamery Street in Kennedyville. According to a sheriff’s office news release, a suspect has been identified.
