Kent County Sheriff

PROBATION. Colleen Marita Coleman, 33, Millington, on May 14, was issued a Queen Anne’s County Circuit Court bench warrant for violation of probation. She was released to the Queen Anne’s County Sheriff’s Office.

PROBATION. Kaitlyn Ann Riley, 18, Chestertown, on May 15, was issued a district court bench warrant for violation of probation. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

DRUGS. David Lawrence Grant, 44, Chestertown, on May 16, was issued a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with drug-related offenses including maintaining a common nuisance for the purpose of distributing narcotics. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond. 

PROBATION. Peyton Dallas Parks II, 29, Galena, on May 16, was issued a circuit court bench warrant for violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond. 

According to a sheriff’s office news release, when Parks was served the bench warrant he was found to be in possession of a suspected controlled dangerous substance that is not cannabis (to wit: cocaine) and drug paraphernalia. He was issued criminal citations for these offenses and released.

PROBATION. Andre Mikael Cudanin, 31, Baltimore, on May 16, was issued a circuit court bench warrant for violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

DRUGS. William Godfrey Black Jr., 51, Chestertown, on May 16, was issued a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with manufacture of a controlled dangerous substance-narcotic. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

FTA. Malachi Tallington, 34, Rock Hall, on May 19, was issued a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released on unsecured bond.

Chestertown Police

ASSAULT. Monica Wilson, 37, Chestertown, on April 30, was issued a district court summons for second-degree assault. The offense is alleged to have occurred April 10 in the 200-block of Scheeler Road.

FTA. Aaliyah Renee Warner, 23, Chestertown, on May 3, was issued a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court.
