FTA. James Brian Haas, 41, Rock Hall, on June 5, was served a circuit court body attachment for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

COMPLY. Montrail Cortez Montgomery, 30, Chestertown, on June 5, was served two circuit court bench warrants for failure to comply. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

FTA. Patricia Lynn Adkins, 46, Church Hill, on June 7, was served three circuit court bench warrants for failure to appear in court. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

BURGLARY. DFC Colin Rhodes is investigating a reported burglary June 8 of two vehicles parked in the 11000-block of Station Road, Worton. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the vehicles were “ransacked.”

THEFT. Sgt. Sean Maloney is investigating a reported theft June 8 in the 9200-block of American Legion Drive, near Chestertown. The complainant told police that the items had a value of between $1,550 and $25,000, according to a sheriff’s office news release.

ASSAULT. Benjamin Galen Ferris, 45, Wilmington, Del., on June 8, was charged with second-degree assault. The offense is alleged to have occurred in a vehicle on Galena Sassafras Road, Galena. He was released on personal recognizance. Cpl. David Nolan investigated.

ASSAULT. DFC Aquil Freeman is investigating a reported assault June 9 in the 11000-block of Hackett Road, Worton. Upon the arrival of deputies, the suspect had left the scene, according to a sheriff’s office news release.

FTA. William Leo McGuire, 33, Milford, Del., on June 9, was served a Worcester County District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released on personal recognizance.

ASSAULT. DFC Michael Piasecki is investigating a reported assault June 9 in the 8000-block of Tolchester Road, near Rock Hall. A suspect has been identified, according to a sheriff’s office news release.

PROBATION. Leslie Lynn Leonard, 37, Chestertown, on June 10, was served a district court bench warrant for violation of probation. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
