Kent County Sheriff

THEFT. Wilfredo Eulalio Barrios Valsquez, 19, Hartly, Del., on June 25, was served an arrest warrant charging him with theft, $25,000 to less than $100,000. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

THEFT. Cpl. Kasey Griffiths is investigating a June 26 theft of four personal watercrafts on a trailer and other equipment in the 30000-block of Chesterville Bridge Road, Millington.

FTA. Nicole Lynn Reedy, 39, Rock Hall, on June 26, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She was released on personal recognizance.

FTA. Brandon Cordell Corbett, 35, Worton, on June 27, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released on personal recognizance.

ASSAULT. Carey Anthony Calloway, 34, Chestertown, on June 27, was served a district court arrest warrant charging him with first- and second-degree degree assault; reckless endangerment; and child abuse. He was released on personal recognizance. The offenses are alleged to have occurred June 25 in the 7500-block of Poplar Avenue, Chestertown. DFC Daniel Parent investigated.

PROBATION. Susan Bliss Knotts, 62, Chestertown, on June 28, was served a district court bench warrant for violation of probation. She was released on an unsecured bond.

THEFT. Stephen Andrew Whitlock, 48, Chestertown, on June 29, was charged with theft, $1,500 to less than $25,000; and unauthorized removal of property.

At the time of his arrest, he was served citations after being in possession of a suspected controlled dangerous substance-not cannabis and CDS paraphernalia.

He was released on an unsecured bond.

COMPLY. Jillian Leah King, 35, Worton, on July 1, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to comply. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

COMPLY. James Lemond Henry, 33, Elkton, on July 1, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to comply. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

 

Chestertown Police

THEFT. Officer Travis Burke, on June 8, took a report of a theft in the 200-block of Maple Avenue. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is ongoing.

THEFT. PFC Meera Srinivasan, on June 10, took a report of a theft from a vehicle in the 100-block of Cannon Street. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is ongoing.

ASSAULT. James William, 60, Huntingtown, on June 13, was served a district court summons for first- and second-degree assault; and reckless endangerment. He was released on personal recognizance. The offenses are alleged to have occurred May 11 in the 700-block of Washington Avenue.

ASSAULT. Iesha Jameka Warrick, 29, Chestertown, on June 13, was charged with second-degree assault; malicious destruction of property, having a value less than $1,000; disorderly conduct; and disturbing the peace. She was released on personal recognizance. The offenses are alleged to have occurred in the 300-block of Cannon Street. PFC Brandon McGinnis investigated.

THEFT. PFC Eric Nunez, on June 30, took a report of shoplifting in the 200-block of Maple Avenue.

ASSAULT. Willie Jermaine Brothers, 29, Chestertown, on July 3, was served a district court summons for second-degree assault. The offense is alleged to have occurred June 26 in the 100-block of Oak Leaf Drive.

Brothers also was served a summons for malicious destruction of property, having a value of more than $1,000 from an alleged incident on June 4; for theft, $100 to less than $1,500 from an alleged incident on May 25; and for second-degree assault from an alleged incident on March 10.

He was released on personal recognizance.
