FTA. Mirian Raquel Castillo, 23, Bear, Del., on July 8, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She was released on personal recognizance.
ASSAULT. Strom Thurmond Davis, 32, Worton, on July 10, was served a district court arrest warrant charging him with second-degree assault (two counts); and harass, a course of conduct. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond. The offenses are alleged to have occurred July 7.
FTA. William Tyrone Redding, 44, Cecilton, on July 10, was served a circuit court body attachment for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center on $1,503.62 bond.
ORDER. Jante Khalil Ward, 24, Worton, on July 11, was served a district court arrest warrant charging him with violating a protective order; induce/inhibit testimony; harass, a course of conduct; and electronic communication harassment. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond. The offenses are alleged to have occurred July 8 in the 23000-block of Baywood Court.
THEFT. Cpl. Nate Blazejak is investigating the theft of two cellphones from an unlocked vehicle parked in the 600-block of Morgnec Road, Chestertown. The theft was reported July 12.
ASSAULT. Cpl. Parker Hudson is investigating a reported “mutual” assault involving two adult females July 13 in the 400-block of Embert Drive, Millington. They were referred to the district court commissioner’s office to pursue charges, according to a sheriff’s office news release.
FTA. Spencer Clifton Dole, 33, Chestertown, on July 13, was served a Montgomery County Circuit Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was transported to the Montgomery County Detention Center for service of the warrant.
