Chestertown Police
TRESPASS. Michele Paige Kelley, 55, Chestertown, on July 5, was charged with trespassing; disturbing the peace; and disorderly conduct. The offenses are alleged to have occurred in the 700-block of Washington Avenue. Officer Travis Burke investigated.
BURGLARY. PFC Brandon McGinnis, on July 5, took a report of a burglary in the 100-block of Flatland Road. The investigation is ongoing, according to a CPD news release.
THEFT. Cpl. Chris Schwink, on July 8, took a report of a theft in the 100-block of North Cross Street. The investigation is ongoing, according to a CPD news release.

FTA. Vincent Michael Drury, 50, Rock Hall, on July 17, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released on an unsecured bond.
FTA. Ebony Kennard, 27, Chestertown, on July 17, was served a circuit court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
PROBATION. Strom Thurmond Davis Jr., 32, Worton, on July 17, was served a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
THEFT. Deputy Levi Manning is investigating a reported theft July 18 in the 3800-block of Eastern Neck Road, near Rock Hall. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant told deputies that copper was cut and removed from an air conditioning system causing damages estimated to be $3,500.
FTA. Nytre Nickael Green, 23, Chestertown, on July 18, was served a circuit court bench warrant for failure to appear in court and a district court bench warrant for violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
BAD CHECK. Stacy Lee Shouman, 49, Millington, on July 22, was served a Queen Anne’s County District Court summons for passing a bad check, $1,500 to less than $25,000. She was released after signing the summons.
