Chestertown Police

FTA. Michele Paige Kelley, 55, on Aug. 18, was served a bench warrant for failure to appear in court in Queen Anne’s County. She was transported to Queen Anne’s County.

MDOP. PFC Eric Nunez, on Aug. 25, took a report of malicious destruction of property in the 300-block of Cannon Street.

FTA. Keeshira D. Wilson, 32, Chestertown, on Aug. 28, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court.

Kent County Sheriff

ASSAULT. Katelynn Bartine Pinkett, 30, Chestertown, on Aug. 27, was served a district court summons for second-degree assault. She was released after signing for the summons.

FRAUD. Sgt. Nate Blazejak is investigating a reported fraud Aug. 27 in the 200-block of School Street, Millington. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant reported numerous fraudulent charges made on their bank account.

DRUGS. Markevus Daquan Pulliam, 32, Wilmington, Del., on Aug. 28, was served a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with drug-related offenses including possession of a narcotic with intent to distribute and a firearm/drug trafficking crime. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

ASSAULT. Johnathon Abraham Pinkett, 61, Chestertown, on Aug. 28, was served a district court summons for second-degree assault. He was released after signing for the summons.

ASSAULT. Natalie Ann Buellis, 47, Chestertown, on Aug. 29, was served a district court summons for second-degree assault (two counts); and child abuse (two counts). She was released after signing for the summons.

FTA. Heather Nicole Comegys, 32, Rock Hall, on Aug. 30, was served five district court bench warrants for failure to appear in court; one circuit court bench warrant for failure to appear in court; and one circuit court body attachment for failure to appear in court. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

According to a sheriff’s office news release, when Comegys was served the warrants she was found to be in possession of a suspected controlled dangerous substance-not cannabis. She was issued a citation for the CDS offense.

DRUGS. Anna Danielle Askew, 46, Galena, on Aug. 30, was served a Cecil County District Court arrest warrant charging her with drug-related offenses including possession of fentanyl/heroin with intent to distribute. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

THEFT. Raheem Amin Thomas, 43, Newark, Del., on Aug. 31, was served a Cecil County District Court arrest warrant charging him with theft, $1,500 to less than $25,000; and fraudulent conversion/lease goods. He was released on his own recognizance by the district court commissioner.

THEFT. Lt. Sean Maloney is investigating a reported theft Sept. 2 of fishing equipment (estimated value is more than $1,000) in the 31000-block of River Road, Millington.
