FTA. Devin Marquis Rasin Sr., 38, Millington, on Sept. 24, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released on a $10,000 unsecured bond.
PROBATION. Jennifer Mae Ingledue, 33, Chestertown, on Sept. 25, was served a district court bench warrant for violation of probation. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
THEFT. Sgt. Phil Trinks is investigating a reported theft Sept. 27 of several all-terrain vehicles and vehicle parts in the 5000-block of Crosby Road, Rock Hall. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the value of the property is estimated to be more than $7,000.
ASSAULT. Cpl Aquil Freeman is investigating a reported assault Sept. 28 in the 5700-block of Chesapeake Villa Road, Rock Hall. The complainant was transported by ambulance to the University of Maryland Shore Medical Center at Chestertown. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant reported that they were assaulted by someone they knew.
THEFT. Taisha Renee Brown, 42, Worton, on Sept. 29, was served a Queen Anne’s County District Court summons for theft, $100 to less than $1,500. She was released after signing for the summons.
ASSAULT. Kyante Isaiah Hartmetz, 24, Worton, on Sept. 29, was served a district court summons for conspiracy, second-degree assault. He was released after signing for the summons.
ASSAULT. Linneria Amollia Taylor, 21, Worton, on Sept. 29, was served a district court summons for second-degree assault; and conspiracy, second-degree assault. She was released after signing for the summons.
KIDNAP. James Don Jones Jr., 34, Hartly, Del., on Sept.30, was served a district court arrest warrant charging him with kidnapping; false imprisonment; reckless endangerment; and second-degree assault. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.
