ASSAULT. Daman Demond Graves, 48, Millington, on Oct. 2, was served a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with two counts each of first-degree assault; second-degree assault; and reckless endangerment. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
SEX OFFENSE. David Ray Beachy, 59, Millington, on Oct. 2, was served a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with third-degree sex offense; fourth-degree sex offense; and second-degree assault. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
THEFT. Paul Douglas Gsell, 62, Galena, on Oct. 3, was served a district court summons for theft, $100 to less than $1,500; and being a rogue and a vagabond. He was released on personal recognizance.
PROBATION. Wilson Daniel Maple III, 37, Worton, on Oct. 3, was served a circuit court bench warrant for violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
FTA. David Lee Freeman, 33, Chestertown, on Oct. 5, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released on an unsecured bond.
ASSAULT. Deputy Tyler Baitsholts is investigating a reported assault Oct. 6 in the 400-block of Back Street, Millington. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant reported being assaulted by someone they know.
PROBATION. Kyri De’Sean Brown, 32, Chestertown, on Oct. 7, was served a circuit court bench warrant for violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

THEFT. Anthony Lamont Corbin, 58, Chestertown, on Sept. 9, was served a citation for theft, less than $100. The offense is alleged to have occurred Sept. 6 in the Washington Square shopping center.
THEFT. Connor Joseph Schultz, 18, no fixed address, on Sept. 17, was served a citation for theft, less than $100. The offense is alleged to have occurred Sept. 16 in the Washington Square shopping center. Cpl. Chris Schwink investigated.
TRESPASS. Aaron Reuben Beck, 58, no fixed address, on Sept. 23, was served a citation for trespassing. The offense is alleged to have occurred in the 400-block of Morgnec Road. Officer Ryan Thompson investigated.
FTA. Aaron Reuben Beck, 58, no fixed address, on Sept. 23, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court.
EXPOSURE. Mark Edward Barto, 68, no fixed address, on Sept. 26, was served a district court summons for indecent exposure (three counts). The offenses are alleged to have occurred in the area of the foot of High Street.
