FTA. Tra’von Dermont Hicks, 26, Chestertown, on Oct. 8, was served a Queen Anne’s County Circuit Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was turned over to the Queen Anne’s County Sheriff’s Office.
PROBATION. Ashton Rashaud Hunley, 39, Chestertown, on Oct. 8, was served a circuit court bench warrant for violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
THEFT. Deputy Levi Manning is investigating an Oct. 9 reported theft of a trailer and a Kubota skid steer loader from the 13000-block of Davis Road, Galena. The complainant estimated the value of the items to be more than $70,000, according to a sheriff’s office news release.
ORDER. Heather Lynne Kelly, 35, Rock Hall, on Oct. 9, was served a district court summons for violation of a protective order (four counts). She was released on personal recognizance.
ASSAULT. Sgt. Scott Lockerman is investigating a reported assault Oct. 9 at Worton Park. The complainant, identified as a juvenile, told investigators that they were assaulted by a known juvenile, according to a sheriff’s office news release. A referral has been made to the Department of Juvenile Services.
DRUGS. Lawrence William Simns Jr, 66, Rock Hall, on Oct. 10, was served a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with drug-related offenses including possession of a large amount of a controlled dangerous substance (two counts); possession of a narcotic with intent to distribute (two counts); and possession of fentanyl/heroin with intent to distribute. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

Tiffany Marie Scarpulla, 42, Baltimore, on Oct. 10, was served a circuit court arrest warrant charging her with drug-related offenses including possession of a large amount of a controlled dangerous substance (two counts); possession of a narcotic with intent to distribute (two counts); and possession of fentanyl/heroin with intent to distribute. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
COMPLY. Kevin Hamilton Manning, 33, Chestertown, on Oct. 10, was served a Talbot County District Court bench warrant for failure to comply. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
BURGLARY. Deputy Tyler Baitsholts, on Oct. 10, responded to the 24000-block of Langford Road, near Chestertown, for a burglary. The complainant told deputies that upon arriving home, they observed that the residence had been burglarized and several safes in the house were broken into. The investigation is continuing.
PROBATION. Raekwon Najear Pitts, 24, Chestertown, on Oct. 11, was served a Dorchester County Circuit Court bench warrant for violation of probation. He was released to the Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office for service of the warrant.
ASSAULT. Stephen Christian Barbour, 38, Rock Hall, on Oct. 11, was served a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with two counts each of first- and second-degree assault and reckless endangerment. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
ASSAULT. Deputy Levi Manning is investigating a reported assault Oct. 12 in the 23000-block of Baywood Court, near Fairlee. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant knows their alleged assailant.
Chestertown Police
FTA. Richard Lamont Bowser Jr., 24, Easton, on Oct. 1, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court on traffic charges. The warrant was served in Talbot County. He was released on personal recognizance.
MDOP. A 15-year-old female, on Oct. 5, was referred to the Department of Juvenile Services on a complaint of malicious destruction of property. The offense is alleged to have occurred in the area of Cutter Crossing. PFC Meera Srinivasan investigated.
TRESPASS. Vikram A. Rajan, 32, no fixed address, on Oct. 6, was served a summons for trespassing on posted property. He was released on personal recognizance. The offense is alleged to have occurred in the 400-block of High Street.
FTA. Nehemiah Elijah James Williams, 30, Chestertown, on Oct. 6, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court on theft charges. He was released on personal recognizance.
THEFT. Tevin Lamont Dodd, 33, Chestertown, on Oct. 8, was charged with theft, less than $100. He was released on personal recognizance. The offense is alleged to have occurred in the Washington Square shopping center.
DISTURB. Kendra Andrea Johnson, 24, Chestertown, on Oct. 9, was charged with disturbing the peace. She was released on personal recognizance. The offense is alleged to have occurred in the 100-block of Hawkins Drive. PFC Eric Nunez and Chief Ronald Dixon investigated.
FTA. Christina Janette Holland, 20, Millington, on Oct. 10, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court on traffic charges. She was released on personal recognizance.
THEFT. Alexis Roni-Nicole Fischer, 27, Glen Burnie, on Oct. 11, was charged with theft, less than $100. She was released on personal recognizance. The offense is alleged to have occurred in the 700-block of Washington Avenue. Officer Travis Burke investigated.
DISORDERLY. Carol Ann Wicker, 54, Cambridge, on Oct. 11, was charged with disorderly conduct; and disturbing the peace. She was released on personal recognizance. The offenses are alleged to have occurred in the 100-block of Brown Street. Officer Travis Burke investigated.
