THEFT. Dylan Douglas Faber, 19, Betterton, on Oct. 31, was charged with motor vehicle theft; and theft, $1,500 to less than $25,000. According to a sheriff’s office news release, Faber was located by deputies on state Route 298, Worton, in a 2007 Cadillac sport utility vehicle that a Chestertown-area business reported was taken during the overnight hours of Oct. 30-31. Bail initially was set at $3,500. DFC Kasey Griffitts made the arrest.

ASSAULT. DFC Collin Shockley is investigating a reported assault Oct. 31 in the 22000-block of Lovers Lane, near Rock Hall. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant told police that they were assaulted by a known suspect that fled the scene prior to deputies’ arrival.

FTA. Latoya Chonte Rogers, 30, Rock Hall, on Nov. 1, was issued a Talbot County District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

FTA. Peyton Dallas Parks II, 29, Chestertown, on Nov. 1, was issued two district court bench warrants for failure to appear in court. He was released on an unsecured bond on one warrant, and bail on the other warrant initially was set at $5,000.

ASSAULT. April Ige, 50, Rock Hall, on Nov. 1, was issued a district court summons for second-degree assault. She was released after signing the summons.
