Kent County Sheriff

DISORDERLY. Monica Lynn Wilson, 38, Chestertown, on Nov. 26, was served a district court arrest warrant charging her with disorderly conduct; and disturbing the peace. She was released by the district court commissioner on her own recognizance. 

THEFT. DFC Wayne Baker is investigating a reported theft Nov. 27 in the 110-block of North Main St., Galena. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant told deputies that during the early morning hours of Nov. 17, a utility trailer valued at $5,000 was taken.

BURGLARY. Sgt. Scott Lockerman is investigating a reported burglary and theft Dec. 1 in the 5900-block of Henry Avenue, Rock Hall. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant told deputies that someone forced entry into their residence and removed a wallet and cellphone. 

 

Chestertown Police

ASSAULT. Tammy Lynn Ingledue, 55, Chestertown, on Nov. 7, was charged with second-degree assault; disturb the peace; disorderly conduct; and resist, interfere with arrest. The offenses are alleged to have occurred in the 400-block of Morgnec Road.

PEACE ORDER. Tamyra Q. Hall, 32, Chestertown, on Nov. 17, was served a district court summons for failure to comply with a peace order. The offense is alleged to have occurred Nov. 2 in the 100-block of Flatland Road. PFC Eric Nunez investigated.

MDOP. Officer Travis Burke is investigating a Nov. 18 report of malicious destruction of property in the 100-block of Flatland Road.

BURGLARY. Lorenzo Donzel Blyther Jr., 37, Chestertown, on Nov. 19, was served a district court bench warrant for third- and fourth-degree burglary; and malicious destruction of property, having a value less than $1,000.
