Chestertown Police
ASSAULT. Latoya C. Lyons, 32, Chestertown, on Nov. 17, was charged with second-degree assault. Initially she was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
Also, a 15-year-old female was referred to the Department of Juvenile Services on a complaint of assault.
PFC Eric Nunez investigated the reported assault in the area of Cutter Crossing.
ASSAULT. PFC Travis Burke, on Nov. 20, took a report of an assault in the 200-block of Lynchburg Street. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.
FTA. Keenan Blaine Houston, 31, Chestertown, on Nov. 27, was served a summons for failure to appear in court on a trespassing charge. He was released on unsecured bond of $7,500.
FTA. Tevin Lamont Dodd, 33, Chestertown, on Nov. 27, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of theft, less than $100.
FTA. Karen Marshall Sisco, 64, Chestertown, on Nov. 27, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court on theft charges. She was released on unsecured bond of $5,000.
Kent County Sheriff
PROBATION. Eugene Vernon Bethel Jr., 34, Chestertown, on Dec. 6, was served a Queen Anne’s County District Court arrest warrant charging him with violation of probation. He was released to the Queen Anne’s County Sheriff’s Office.
FTA. Jeanne Marie Apple, 41, Chestertown, on Dec. 8, was served four district court bench warrants for failure to appear in court. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond on each warrant.
According to a sheriff’s office news release, Apple also was wanted on a Queen Anne’s County Circuit Court warrant for failure to comply. This warrant was filed as a detainer, and Apple initially was held without bond.
TRESPASS. Jeffrey Dean Boulden, 37, Galena, on Dec. 9, was served a district court summons for trespassing. He was released after signing for the summons.
