FTA. Tyrel Donta Dean, 40, Galena, on Dec. 10, was served a circuit court body attachment for failure to appear in court. Bond initially was set at $250.

FTA. Kelly Ann Edwards, 52, Newark, Del., on Dec. 10, was served a Cecil County District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She was released by the district court commissioner on an unsecured bond.

THEFT. Daeshawn Ryan Shouman, 28, Chestertown, on Dec. 10, was served a Caroline County District Court arrest warrant charging him with theft, $100 to less than $1,500; and obtain goods, money-forgery. Bond initially was set at $5,000.

FTA. Jason Ormond Porter, 38, Clayton, Del., on Dec. 12, was served a Queen Anne’s County District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released by the district court commissioner on an unsecured bond.

PROBATION. Bakhodur Kodirov, 30, Brooklyn, N.Y., on Dec. 13, was served a Queen Anne’s County District Court bench warrant for violation of probation. He was released to the Queen Anne’s County Sheriff’s Office.

THEFT. Richard Allen Scott, 59, Millington, on Dec. 13, was served a district court summons for theft, $1,500 to less than $25,000. He was released after signing for the summons.

THEFT. John Edward Scott, 39, Millington, on Dec. 13, was served a district court summons for theft, $1,500 to less than $25,000. He was released after signing for the summons.

THEFT. Cpl. Dave Nolan is investigating a report of ongoing unauthorized charges on a credit card. The theft was reported Dec. 13.

ASSAULT. Cpl. Parker Hudson is investigating a reported assault Dec. 15 in the 8800-block of Fairlee Road, near Chestertown. According to a sheriff’s office news release, a suspect has been identified.

ASSAULT. Cpl. Michael Piasecki is investigating a reported assault Dec. 16 in the 23000-block of Baywood Court, near Fairlee. According to a sheriff’s office news release, a suspect has been identified.

 

Chestertown Police

ASSAULT. A 14-year-old female, on Nov. 6, was referred to the Department of Juvenile Services on a complaint of assault. The offense is alleged to have occurred in the unit block of Cutter Crossing. PFC Eric Nunez investigated.

THEFT. PFC Meera Srinivasan is investigating a reported theft Nov. 7 in the 100-block of Flatland Road.

FRAUD. Lt. Steve Linz, on Nov. 12, took a report from the Kent County Department of Social Services of welfare fraud. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.

RUNAWAY. A 14-year-old female, on Nov. 16, was referred to the Department of Juvenile Services on a complaint of being a runaway. Officer Ryan Thompson investigated.

ASSAULT. Kendra Andra Johnson, 24, Chestertown, on Nov. 16, was charged with disorderly conduct; loud noise-disturb the peace; failure to obey a reasonable and lawful order; and intoxicated, consumed alcohol in a public place. She was released on a criminal citation. The offenses are alleged to have occurred in the 200-block of North Lynchburg Street. PFC Meera Srinivasan investigated.

THEFT. A 16-year-old male, on Nov. 27, was referred to the Department of Juvenile Services on a complaint of theft, $100 to less than $1,500. The offense is alleged to have occurred in the 100-block of Flatland Road. Lt. Steve Linz investigated.

THEFT. A 15-year-old male, on Nov. 28, was referred to the Department of Juvenile Services on a complaint of theft. The offense is alleged to have occurred in the 100-block of Philosophers Terrace. Cpl. Brandon McGinnis investigated.

ASSAULT. Leslie Lynn Leonard, 37, Chestertown, on Nov. 28, was charged with second-degree assault (two counts). She was initially held on “temporary confinement,” according to a CPD news release. The offenses are alleged to have occurred in the 100-block of Philosophers Terrace. Officer Ryan Thompson investigated.

TRESPASS. Torr Hunter Howell, 49, Chestertown, on Dec. 5, was served a district court summons for trespassing on private property; and malicious destruction of property, having a value less than $1,000. The offenses are alleged to have occurred Nov. 23 in the 400-block of High Street.
