ASSAULT. A 14-year-old female, on Dec. 4, was referred to the Department of Juvenile Services on a complaint of assault. The offense is alleged to have occurred in the area of Schooner Way. Chief Ronald Dixon, Cpl. Chris Schwink and PFC Eric Nunez responded to the initial report, which was for an assault in progress.
FTA. Pedro Juan Carlos, 32, Chester, on Dec. 4, was issued a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court on traffic charges. He was released on unsecured bond.
THEFT. PFC Meera Srinivasan, on Dec. 4, responded to the 700-block of Washington Avenue for a reported shoplifting. According to a CPD news release, the investigation remains active.
FTA. Vikram A. Rajan, 32, West New York, N.J., on Dec. 6, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of trespassing. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center.

FTA. Kareem Roderick, 27, Chestertown, on Dec. 17, was served a Worcester County District Court warrant for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
ROBBERY. Kimberly Bronte Wilson, 32, New Castle, Del., on Dec. 18, was served a Kent County Circuit Court arrest warrant charging her with armed robbery; first- and second-degree assault; use of a firearm in a felony or violent crime; burglary; theft, $1,500 to less than $25,000; and conspiracy to commit these offenses. She also is charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and trespassing on private property. The offenses are alleged to have occurred in late April at the Baywood Village apartment complex near Fairlee. Wilson initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
HOME INVASION. Daniel Wayne Manley, 37, Rock Hall, on Dec. 18, was served a district court arrest warrant charging him with first- and second-degree assault; robbery; armed robbery; home invasion; reckless endangerment; theft, $100 to less than $1,500; and drug-related offenses including distribution of a narcotic. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
FTA. Tamatha Lynn Rose, 47, Worton, on Dec. 19, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She was released by the district court commissioner on her own recognizance.
ASSAULT. DFC Daniel Parent is investigating a reported assault Dec. 21 in the 100-block of Laura Lane, Galena. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant reported knowing their alleged assailant.
THEFT. Sgt G. Travis Manning is investigating a reported theft Dec. 21 of a shotgun from a vehicle on Green Lane, Rock Hall. The shotgun is valued at $2,000, according to a sheriff’s office news release.
THEFT. Sgt G. Travis Manning is investigating a reported burglary and theft Dec. 22 in the 31000-block of Georgetown Cemetery Road, near Galena. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant reported the theft of two off-road motorcycles from an attached garage. Estimated total value is $20,000.
FTA. Ashton Rashaud Hunley, 39, Millersville, on Dec. 23, was served three circuit court body attachments for failure to appear in court. He was released after posting bond.
