Chestertown Police
THEFT. Lashira Parker, 37, Glen Burnie, on Nov. 28, was served a district court summons for theft, $1,500 to less than $25,000. The offense is alleged to have occurred Nov. 12 in the 100-block of Flatland Road.
FTA. David Michael Tillery, 34, Millington, on Dec. 7, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of theft, less than $100. He was released on personal recognizance.
MDOP. PFC Meera Srinivasan, on Dec. 11, responded to the 100-block of Flatland Road for a report of malicious destruction of property to a vehicle. According to a CPD news release, the investigation is active.
FTA. Kevin Bernard Smith, 59, Worton, on Dec. 13, was served a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court on a trespass charge. He was released on personal recognizance.
ASSAULT. Cpl. Brandon McGinnis, on Dec. 22, responded to the 100-block of Flatland Road for a reported assault. A news release states, “The suspect was known to the victim; the victim did not want to pursue charges at that time.”

ASSAULT. Cpl. Aquil Freeman is investigating a reported assault Dec. 26 in the 31000-block of Chesterville Road, near Kennedyville. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant reported being assaulted by someone they knew.
ASSAULT. Cpl. Mikel Piasecki is investigating a reported assault Dec. 26 in the 11000-block of Austin Court, Worton. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant reported being assaulted by someone they knew.
FTA. Matthew Lewis Daly, 35, Chestertown, on Dec. 29, was served an Anne Arundel County District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released by the district court commissioner on an unsecured bond.
