FTA. Charles Antoine Freeman, 41, Chestertown, on Dec. 31, was served a circuit court body attachment for failure to appear in court. He was released after posting a cash bond.
TRESPASS. Joseph Anthony Houston, 55, Worton, on Jan. 1, was served a district court summons for trespassing on private property and associated charges. He was released after signing for the summons.
THEFT. Joel Patrick Anderson, 48, Rock Hall, on Jan. 2, was served a district court arrest warrant charging him with burglary, fourth-degree theft; rogue and vagabond; theft, $1,500 to less than $25,000; and theft, less than $100 (six counts). He was released by the district court commissioner on an unsecured bond.
FTA. Kendra Lynn Sisco, 39, Rock Hall, on Jan. 4, was served a circuit court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
