OFFENDER. Denzel Akeen Kilson, 31, Millington, on Jan. 28, was served a district court arrest warrant charging him with failure to register as a sex offender. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond. On Jan. 29, he was released after posting $5,000 unsecured personal bond.

PROBATION. Joseph Christopher Cooper, 26, Greensboro, on Jan. 28, was served a district court bench warrant for violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond. On Jan. 29, he was released after posting $5,000 unsecured personal bond.

THEFT. Cpl. Aquil Freeman is investigating a reported theft Jan. 29 in the 100-block of West Cross Street, Galena. According to a sheriff’s office news release, a representative of the complainant stated that an unknown person removed a “large amount” of reference materials and holiday decorations from the business. Loss is estimated to be less than $100, according to the news release.

FTA. Michael Luis Torres, 40, Galena, on Jan. 30, was served a circuit court body attachment for failure to appear in court. 

ASSAULT. Sgt. Travis Manning is investigating a reported assault Feb. 1 on Walker Road, Worton. According to a sheriff’s office news release, a suspect has been identified.

ASSAULT. DFC Daniel Parent is investigating a reported assault Feb. 1 in the 23000-block of Woods Edge Drive, near Fairlee. According to a sheriff’s office news release, a suspect has been identified.

RAPE. Hector Leandro Gonzalez, 38, Jackson Heights, N.Y., on Feb. 2, was served a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with second-degree rape, child under 14; third-degree sex offense, child under 14; and sexual solicitation of a minor. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

HARASSMENT. Ryan Alan Carroll, 51, Elkton, on Feb. 3, was served a district court arrest warrant charging him with electronic harassment (four counts); harass, a course of conduct; stalking; and making a false statement to an officer. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond. On Feb. 5, he was released on $10,000 unsecured personal bond.

ASSAULT. Tinley Garnett, 57, Worton, on Feb. 3, was served a district court summons for second-degree assault. He was released after signing for the summons.
