FIREARM. Joel Patrick Anderson, 48, Rock Hall, on Feb. 19, was served a district court arrest warrant charging him with possession of a rifle/shotgun with a felony conviction; burglary: fourth-degree theft; rogue and a vagabond; theft, $1,500 to less than $25,000; and theft, less than $100 (six counts). He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
DRUGS. Devon Lynn Cummings, 41, Millington, on March 1, was served a Talbot County District Court summons for drug-related offenses, including possession of a narcotic with intent to distribute; possession of paraphernalia; and possession of a controlled dangerous substance that is not cannabis. She was released after signing for the summons.
FTA. Marcquan Isaiah Green, 27, Chestertown, on Feb. 22, was served a circuit court body attachment for failure to appear in court.
ASSAULT. DFC Wayne Baker is investigating a reported assault Feb. 24 in the 20000-block of Wilkins Avenue, Rock Hall. According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant reported being assaulted by a known suspect.
BURGLARY. Taylor Morgan Trice, 30, Rock Hall, on Feb. 25, was charged with attempted third- and fourth-degree burglary; malicious destruction of property having a value less than $1,000; disorderly conduct; trespassing on posted property; and disturb the peace/disorderly. She was released after posting $5,000 unsecured personal bond. The offenses are alleged to have occurred in the 20000-block of Wilkins Avenue, Rock Hall. DFC Wayne Baker investigated.
PROBATION. Theron James Andrews 3rd, 37, Elkton, on Feb. 25, was served a district court bench warrant for violation of probation. He was released after posting $5,000 unsecured personal bond.
COMPLY. Montez Lamont Blake, 40, Chestertown, on Feb. 28, was served a circuit court bench warrant for failure to comply. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
ENDANGERMENT. Joel Patrick Anderson, 48, Rock Hall, on Feb. 28, was served a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with reckless endangerment.
FTA. Tiannah Simone Bratcher, 23, Alexandra, Va., on March 1, was served a Talbot County District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She was released on her own recognizance.
FTA. Gary Michael Thornton, 39, Rock Hall, on March 3, was served two circuit court body attachments for failure to appear in court. Bond initially was set at $2,000.
Chestertown Police
THEFT. Travon Edward Harding, 29, and Jennifer Mae Ingledue, 34, both of Chestertown, on Feb. 27, were served district court summonses for theft, $100 to less than $1,500. The offense is alleged to have occurred Feb. 25 in the Washington Square shopping plaza.
