FTA. Lindsey Renee Hooker, 39, Sudlersville, on Aug. 29, was issued a Queen Anne’s County District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She was released into the custody of the Maryland State Police for service of the warrant.

CANNABIS. Caleb Elijah Travers, 19, Cambridge, on Aug. 30, was issued a civil citation for possession of cannabis (under 10 grams) by a person under the age of 21. He was released on personal recognizance.

THEFT. Deputies on Sept. 2 responded to the Shore Stop in Rock Hall for a reported theft. According to a sheriff’s office news release, store employees told police that a known juvenile had taken a Vuse e-cigarette display case and its contents. Total loss is estimated to be more than $800.

MDOP. Deputies on Sept. 2 responded to the 22000-block of Johnson Avenue, Rock Hall, for a complaint of malicious destruction of property (four tires being slashed). According to a sheriff’s office news release, the complainant identified a suspect. The investigation is continuing.

ASSAULT. Michael Dewayne Glover, 50, Chestertown, on Sept. 4, was charged with second-degree assault. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond. The offense is alleged to have occurred on Persimmon Drive, Chestertown.

THEFT. Millard Eugene Bayard, 62, Wilmington, Del., on Sept. 4, was issued a Cecil County District Court arrest warrant charging him with theft, $100 to less than $1,000; and conspiracy to commit theft, less than $1,000. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

ASSAULT. Dwain Everett Brown Jr., 24, Chestertown, on Sept. 4, was issued a district court arrest warrant charging him with first- and second-degree assault; malicious destruction of property (two counts); reckless endangerment; and sex offense, fourth degree. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

FTA. Porshia Nicole White, 34, Wilmington, Del., on Sept. 4, was issued an Anne Arundel County District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She was released on personal recognizance.

DRUGS. Daiquan Jamal Blake, 30, Chestertown, on Sept. 5, was issued a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with controlled dangerous substance-related offenses including possession of fentanyl-heroin with intent to distribute; possession of a narcotic with intent to distribute; possession of a controlled dangerous substance that is not cannabis (three counts); and possession of paraphernalia. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

PROBATION. Antonio Jamal Harris, 32, Barclay, on Sept. 5, was issued a circuit court warrant for violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

ASSAULT. Lamont Dervon Kennard, 41, Chestertown, on Sept. 6, was issued a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with first- and second-degree assault; reckless endangerment; and false imprisonment. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

ASSAULT. Lacretia Jerona Berry, 32, Chestertown, on Sept. 6, was issued two district court summonses for second-degree assault. She was released on personal recognizance after signing the summonses.

COMPLY. Deairres Tyler Somerville, 34, Worton, on Sept. 7, was issued a circuit court bench warrant for failure to comply. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

COMPLY. Davin Lamont Wallace, 30, Chestertown, on Sept. 8, was issued a circuit court bench warrant for failure to comply. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

ORDER. Michael Dewayne Glover, 50, Chestertown, on Sept. 13, was issued a district court summons for violating a protective order. He was released on personal recognizance.

THEFT. Cpl. Scott Lockerman is investigating a Sept. 13 reported burglary and theft of “a large amount” of cash in the 5200-block of Skinners Neck Road, Rock Hall.

ASSAULT. Latoya Chonte Rogers, 30, Chestertown, on Sept. 16, was charged with second-degree assault. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail. The offense is alleged to have occurred in the 23000-block of Baywood Court, near Fairlee. Deputy Wayne Baker investigated.

DRUGS. Kameron Purnell Johnson, 19, Rock Hall, on Sept. 18, was charged with controlled dangerous substance-related offenses including possession of a narcotic with intent to distribute; possession of fentanyl-heroin with intent to distribute; possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute in a school bus, school zone; being a minor in possession of a firearm; and firearm/drug trafficking crime. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

ASSAULT. Hollie Renee Evans, 52, Worton, on Sept. 18, was charged with second-degree assault. She was released on personal recognizance. The offense is alleged to have occurred in the 10000-block of Horseshoe Lane, Worton.
