ROCK HALL — Artwork created by Rock Hall Elementary School fourth grader Bella Postles has been selected for the cover of this year’s holiday greeting card for Kent County Public Schools.
She was recognized at the Monday, Dec. 9 Board of Education meeting.
Postles’ artwork will be mailed to community members and partners throughout the state of Maryland.
