WORTON — Maryland State Police are continuing to investigate a fatal crash Friday morning, Oct. 25 on Lambs Meadow Road (state Route 298) in the area of Lynch Road.
The deceased is identified as Jaclynn Danielle Willis, 37, of Rock Hall.
According to an MSP spokesperson, Willis was driving a sport utility vehicle that left the roadway for reasons that have not been determined and subsequently struck a pole.
She was declared dead at the scene, according to police.
Willis was the only occupant of the vehicle.
Troopers from the state police barrack in Centreville responded to the crash, which was reported at about 4:15 a.m.
According to her obituary, Willis’ survivors include a fiance′ and six children.
