ROCK HALL — The nor’easter high tides on Thursday, Oct. 30 caused flooding along the major thoroughfare into Rock Hall and led to temporary closures of some of the side streets.
Passersby, including Trish McGee of The Evening Enterprise, stopped to photograph this spirited scene in the 20000-block of Rock Hall Road.
