WORTON — Young runners will be lacing up their tennis shoes — or Velcroing them — later this month for the 35th edition of the Sneaker Creeper.
The series of fun children’s races will help kick off the Tea Party Festival weekend on Friday, May 23.
The event will be held rain or shine.
For the second year in a row, the Sneaker Creeper will be held on the track at Kent County High School’s Trojan Stadium (25301 Lambs Meadow Road in Worton) while the track at Washington College is being resurfaced.
The cost is $20 if you sign up ahead of time, and $30 on the day of the event.
Checks should be made payable to HHGES PTA-Sneaker Creeper.
