CHESTERTOWN — The Downtown Chestertown Association and Washington College are hosting a spring block party — kind of a mini-First Friday — on Friday, April 10 from 5 to 7 p.m.
The 300-block of High Street will be closed to vehicular traffic.
There will be music with DJ Jonnie Johnson spinning the tunes, Happy Chicken Catering selling tacos and games for all ages set up on the street courtesy of the Chestertown Recreation Committee.
Washington College students who show their school ID at the tent will receive a coupon redeemable for ice cream, chocolate or a pretzel from sponsors Bespoke Chocolate, Modern Stone Age Kitchen, Stam’s Luncheonette and Sugar Doodles.
