CHESTERTOWN — At the conclusion of their intrasquad scrimmage Saturday afternoon, Feb. 10, Washington College’s baseball players attended to their housekeeping chores — dragging the infield; sweeping out the dugouts; and placing tarps on the pitcher’s mound and in the batter’s box.
The Shoremen, under second-year head coach Tom Fiala ’14, are scheduled to open Feb. 17 at the University of Mary Washington in Virginia.
The first home date is Feb. 24 with a doubleheader against Wilson College.
