CHESTERTOWN — The message on Kyleigh Batchelor’s mortarboard — “It’s a nice day to start again” — is similar to what fellow Chestertown Christian Academy 2026 graduate Lily Miller said in her valedictory address.
“Tonight,” Miller said, “we stand at the edge of a new beginning looking out at a future that is ours to shape.”
This was CCA’s 47th commencement.
Pastor Brandon Cook, the 2012 valedictorian and Mr. CCA, returned to his alma mater on Friday night, May 22 to deliver the commencement address.
