CHESTERTOWN — William Godfrey Black Jr., 50, Hyattsville, on Nov. 22, was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign; failure to control vehicle speed to avoid a collision; failure to display registration card upon demand by a police officer; knowingly driving an insured vehicle; failure to yield intersection right of way to another vehicle; operating an unregistered motor vehicle; and operating, riding on a motorcycle without wearing required headgear protection.

The charges stem from investigation of a crash with injuries at 3:09 p.m. Oct. 24 at the intersection of Calvert Street and College Avenue.

CHESTERTOWN — Joseph Leroy Cleveland, 53, Greensboro, on Nov. 22, was charged with failure to display two lighted front lamps when required; failure to display license to uniformed police on demand; driving without required license and authorization; displaying expired registration plate; and knowingly driving an insured vehicle.

PFC Brandon McGinnis conducted the traffic stop at 4:24 a.m. Nov. 22 on Washington Avenue at Greenwood Avenue.

CHESTERTOWN — Rodelindo Aristeo Perez Santizo, 27, Marydel, on Nov. 22, was charged with driving a vehicle with lamp improperly displaying white light from the rear; failure to display license to uniformed police on demand; and driving without required license and authorization.

PFC Brandon McGinnis conducted the traffic stop at 5:58 a.m. on Morgnec Road at Haacke Drive.

CHESTERTOWN — Dontae Lamonte Emory, 33, Chestertown, on Nov. 25, was charged with driving on revoked license and privilege; and possessing a revoked license.

The charges stem from a single-vehicle crash at 9:54 a.m. Nov. 25 in the Washington Square shopping center.

CHESTERTOWN — Tamyra Quanise Hall, 31, Chestertown, on Nov. 29, was charged with driving without required license and authorization; and failure to display license to uniformed police on demand.

Officer Travis Burke conducted the traffic stop at 4:14 p.m. on Morgnec Road at Washington Avenue.

CHESTERTOWN — Francisco Jabier Jimenez Castillo, 24, Chestertown, on Nov. 29, was charged with driving while impaired by alcohol; and driving while under the influence of alcohol.

He also was charged with failure to drive on the right half of the roadway when required; driving on the left side of the road in a posted no-passing zone marked by pavement striping; reckless driving; negligent driving; driving without required license and authorization; failure to display license to uniformed police on demand; and turning without giving adequate signal.

He was released on personal recognizance.
