CHESTERTOWN — Natalie Ann Buellis, 49, Chestertown, on March 27, was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol; driving while impaired by alcohol; driving while impaired by a controlled dangerous substance; driving while so far impaired that she cannot drive safely; reckless driving; and attempt to elude police by failure to stop.
She also was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance that is not cannabis [to wit: Tramadol]; and possession of CDS paraphernalia.
PFC Travis Burke conducted the traffic stop at 6:23 p.m. in the 800-block of Washington Avenue.

CHESTERTOWN — Matthew Thomas Lang, 33, Chestertown, on April 2, was charged with displaying an expired registration plate; driving a vehicle with suspended registration; knowingly driving an uninsured vehicle; and driving a vehicle without current registration plates and validation tabs.

CHESTERTOWN — Mallory Scott Bowen, 48, Chestertown, on April 7, was charged with driving without required license and authorization; driving on revoked out-of-state license; and driving a vehicle with suspended registration.

CHESTERTOWN — Gavin Charles Larrimore, 18, Chestertown, on April 11, was charged with driving while impaired by alcohol; driving while under the influence of alcohol; driving while under the influence of alcohol per se; reckless driving; negligent driving; driving with alcohol in blood in violation of restriction; failure to display two lighted front lamps when required; failure to drive on the right half of the roadway when required; and driving on the left side of the road in a posted no-passing zone marked by pavement striping.
