CHESTERTOWN — Michael Frederick Tuneff, 70, Goldsboro, on May 4, was charged with driving on suspended license and privilege; driving, attempting to to drive without required license and authorization; driving while license is suspended; and failure to display license upon demand of a police officer.
PFC Meera Srinivasan investigated the reported motor vehicle crash at 3:43 p.m. in the 600-block of Washington Avenue.

CHESTERTOWN — Amon Jazzmalik Stowers, 28, Grasonville, on May 9, was charged with driving without required license and authorization.

CHESTERTOWN — Enrique Alejandro Alvarado, 34, Mount Pleasant, Texas, on May 9, was charged with driving, attempting to drive while impaired by a controlled dangerous substance; and refusal to take alcohol/CDS testing.
He also was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; unlawful taking of a motor vehicle; driving, attempting to drive without required license and authorization; negligent driving; reckless driving; failure to control vehicle speed to avoid a collision; following a vehicle too closely; and failure to display license to uniformed police on demand.
He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
The charges stem from a motor vehicle crash at 3:41 p.m. on Washington Avenue at Campus Avenue.

CHESTERTOWN — Jenry Adrian Campos Solares, 39, Church Hill, on May 18, was charged with unauthorized display and use of registration plate; operating an unregistered vehicle; knowingly driving an uninsured vehicle; failure to display license upon demand of a police officer; failure to display registration card upon demand of a police officer; fraudulent possession of vehicle ownership registration plate card; and driving without required license and authorization.

CHESTERTOWN — Ronald Wayne Freeman, 35, Chestertown, on May 18, was charged with driving without required license and authorization; and failure to display license to uniformed police upon demand.

CHESTERTOWN — Christopher Bryce Chisolm, 41, Chestertown, on May 18, was charged with driving a vehicle with suspended registration; displaying expired registration plate; knowingly driving an uninsured vehicle; driving a vehicle without current registration plates and validation tabs; failure to display license to uniformed police upon demand; and failure to notify the Motor Vehicle Administration of change of address within 30 days..

CHESTERTOWN — Peter Simon Pletzer, 46, Betterton, on May 22, was charged with driving without required license and authorization; driving on suspended license and privilege; driving while license is suspended; driving without adequate rear registration plate illumination; and failure to display and reflect red color light on rear lamps and reflectors as required.

CHESTERTOWN — Zyon Montez James, 26, Church Hill, on May 24, was charged with knowingly driving an uninsured vehicle; displaying expired registration plate; unauthorized display and use of registration plate; and driving without current registration plates and validation tabs.

CHESTERTOWN — Scott Michael Garrett, 60, Chestertown, on May 28, was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol; driving while impaired by alcohol; and driving while so far impaired that he cannot drive safely.
He also was charged with negligent driving; failure to drive on the right half of the roadway when required; and exceeding posted maximum speed, 45 mph in a posted 30-mph zone.
