CHESTERTOWN — Curtis Maurice Hedgpeth, 40, Rock Hall, on June 22 was served a district court summons for possession of a controlled dangerous substance that is not cannabis; and two counts of possession of CDS paraphernalia.
He also was charged with driving while impaired by a controlled dangerous substance; driving while so far impaired that he cannot drive safely; failure to drive right of center; unsafe lane changing; and negligent driving.
Hedgpeth was released on personal recognizance.
The charges stem from a traffic stop on May 9 in the area of the 900-block of High Street and Flatland Road.
