CHESTERTOWN — Jevante Xavier Dorsey, 23, Chestertown, on June 24 was charged with driving without required license and authorization; driving on a suspended license; and driving while license is suspended.
PFC Travis Burke conducted the traffic stop at 9:36 p.m. in the 300-block of Washington Avenue.

CHESTERTOWN — Danny Melvin Frazier, 27, Rock Hall, on June 25 was charged with driving on suspended license and privilege; driving while license is suspended; and driving without required license and authorization.
The charges were filed after PFC Eric Nunez responded to the intersection of Morgnec Road and Washington Avenue at 12:07 p.m. for a reported two-vehicle crash.

CHESTERTOWN — Delaney Louise Simpler, 22, Chestertown, on June 25 was charged with driving while impaired by a controlled dangerous substance; and driving while so far impaired that she could not drive safely.
The charges were filed after PFC Travis Burke, PFC Meera Srinivasan and PFC Eric Nunez responded to the area of Flatland Road and Devon Drive at 4:25 p.m. for a report of a motor vehicle crash.

CHESTERTOWN — Luis Enrique Tenorio Morales, 37, Newark, Del., on July 1 was charged with driving without required license and authorization; and knowingly driving an uninsured vehicle.
The charges were filed after PFC Ryan Thompson responded to the 300-block of Washington Avenue at 11:16 a.m. for a report of a motor vehicle crash.

CHESTERTOWN — Floyd Raymond Stafford, 44, Church Hill, on July 6 was charged with driving on suspended license and privilege; driving while license is suspended; failure to display license to uniformed police upon demand; and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway when required.
