CHESTERTOWN — Darius Lavonte Harris, 29, Denton, on Dec. 9, was charged with failure to stop at stop sign; driving without required license and authorization; and driving on suspended license and privilege.
PFC Brandon McGinnis conducted the traffic stop at 4:12 p.m. on Park Row at Spring Avenue.
