CHESTERTOWN — Tyrell Romaine Henry Jr., 23, Dover, Del., on Sept. 20, was charged with driving on a suspended out-of-state license; driving without required license and authorization; and failure to display license to uniformed police on demand.
PFC. Brandon McGinnis conducted the traffic stop at 11:51 p.m. in the 200-block of Maple Avenue.
CHESTERTOWN — Lee Dorsey Coneway, 52, Glen Burnie, on Sept. 25, was charged with failure to avoid projecting glaring light within 500 feet of an approaching vehicle; diving without required license and authorization; driving on suspended license and privilege; and failure to display license to uniformed police on demand.

ROCK HALL — DFC Michael Piasecki is investigating a Sept. 26 crash involving a 2018 Ram truck that reportedly backed into the Kent County-owned transfer station building on Crosby Road.
CHESTERTOWN — Heather Duncan, 35, Chestertown, on Sept. 30, was charged with following a vehicle too closely; negligent driving; driving, attempting to drive while under the influence of alcohol; and driving, attempting to drive while impaired by alcohol.
She was released on personal recognizance.
