CHESTERTOWN — Christopher David Parsley, 37, Worton, on Feb. 27, was issued a summons for driving without required license and authorization; failure to drive right of center; failure to control vehicle speed to avoid a collision; and negligent driving.
The charges stem from investigation of a crash April 18, 2023 in the 700-block of Washington Avenue.

CHESTERTOWN — Aaliyah Danasha Graves, 23, Chestertown, on Feb. 25, was issued must-appear traffic citations for driving on suspended license and privilege; failure to stop at stop sign; and failure to obey properly placed traffic control device instructions.
PFC Meera Srinivasan conducted the traffic stop at 8:35 p.m. on Pine Street at Hadaway Drive.
