CHESTERTOWN — Kyle Sean Smalfus, 40, Chestertown, on March 1, was charged with driving while impaired by alcohol; and driving while under the influence of alcohol.
He was released on personal recognizance.
DFC Michael Piasecki conducted the traffic stop at 7:51 p.m. on state Route 20, east of Old Fairlee Road.
