ROCK HALL — Matthew Edward Hinefelt, 38, Rock Hall, on March 5, was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance that is not cannabis (to wit: crack cocaine).
He also was charged with exceeding the posted maximum speed limit, 68 mph in a posted 40-mph zone; driving, attempting to drive without required license and authorization; driving on suspended license and privilege; and driving while license is suspended.
He was released on personal recognizance.
Cpl. Scott Lockerman conducted the traffic stop at 11 p.m. on state Route 20 at Martin Wagner Road.
