ROCK HALL — Danielle Colleen Young, 42, Chestertown, on April 4, was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance that is not cannabis (to wit: Buprenorphine Naloxone).
She was released on personal recognizance.
DFC Colin Rhodes conducted the traffic stop at 11:39 a.m. on state Route 20 at Reeses Corner Road. He cited Young for displaying an expired registration plate.
Young was issued a criminal citation after DFC Michael Piasecki and K-9 Draco conducted a scan of the vehicle.
