Chestertown Police

CHESTERTOWN — William David Reaver, 34, Chestertown, on April 12, was issued must-appear traffic citations for driving on suspended license and privilege; driving without a license; and driving while license is suspended.

PFC Eric Nunez conducted the traffic stop at 9:41 p.m. on state Route 20 at Flatland Road.


Kent County Sheriff

GALENA — Singelton Blake Duppins, 23, Baltimore, on April 17, was charged with driving without current registration plates and validation tabs; failure to display registration card upon demand; driving with suspended registration; operating an unregistered vehicle; knowingly driving an uninsured vehicle; failure to display license to uniformed police on demand; driving, attempting to drive without required license and authorization; and giving a false and fictitious name to uniformed police.

DFC Aquil Freeman conducted the traffic stop at 2:30 p.m. on state Route 313 at 114 S. Main St.

At that time, Duppins was issued a Baltimore City District Court arrest warrant charging him with first-degree assault.

He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bond.
