CHESTERTOWN — William Arthur Holland, 53, Millington, on April 21, was issued must-appear traffic citations for driving while license is suspended; driving, attempting to drive without required license and authorization; and failure to display registration card upon demand.
Officer Travis Burke conducted the traffic stop at 8:16 p.m. on Morgnec Road at Talbot Boulevard.
