CHESTERTOWN — Fataumata Binta Diallo, 20, Newark, Del., on July 4, was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol; and driving while impaired by alcohol.
She also was charged with exceeding the posted maximum speed limit, 38 mph in a posted 25-mph zone; failure to display license to uniformed police on demand; driving without required license and authorization; driving on suspended out-of-state license; and driving on revoked out-of-state license.
PFC Brandon McGinnis conducted the traffic stop at 12:23 a.m. in the 800-block of High Street.

CHESTERTOWN — Elder Daniel Morales Morales, 26, Chestertown, on July 5, was charged with driving without required license and authorization.

CHESTERTOWN — Robert Walter Poore, 54, Rock Hall, on July 6, was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol; and driving while impaired by alcohol.
He also was charged with driving a vehicle with lamp improperly displaying white light from rear.

CHESTERTOWN — Abigail Lee Sutton, 19, Chestertown, on July 8, was charged with driving without required license and authorization; failure to display license to uniformed police on demand; displaying expired registration plate; and driving a vehicle without current registration plates and validation tabs.
PFC Eric Nunez conducted the traffic stop at 8:03 p.m. on Haacke Drive at Scheeler Road.

CHESTERTOWN — Officer Travis Burke investigated a reported hit-and-run accident at 11:20 a.m. July 11 in the 400-block of South Cross Street. A suspect and vehicle have been identified, according to a CPD news release. Charges are pending.
