CHESTERTOWN — Sean Thomas Madden, 52, Chestertown, on Sept. 19, was charged with failure to display license to uniformed police on demand; driving, attempting to drive without required license and authorization; and driving on suspended license and privilege.
Officer Ryan Thompson conducted the traffic stop at 4:52 p.m. in the 900-block of Washington Avenue.

Officer Travis Burke conducted the traffic stop at 8:34 p.m. in the 800-block of High Street.
