Chestertown Police
CHESTERTOWN — Ariel Javier Simon Macario, 37, Chestertown, on Sept. 29, was charged with turning vehicle without giving appropriate signal as required; failure to display license to uniformed police on demand; driving without required license and authorization; holder of learner’s permit driving without required supervision; and holder of learner’s permit driving with unauthorized person occupying the front seat.
The charges were filed following investigation of a two-vehicle crash at 11:51 a.m. in the area of Spring Avenue/Maple Avenue.
