CHESTERTOWN — Cpl. Michael Piasecki is investigating a two-vehicle crash Dec. 3 on Washington Avenue.
According to a sheriff’s office news release, a 2019 Volkswagen Jetta operated by Paul Thien of Odessa, Del., collided with a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado operated by Ronald Keith Schrader of Chestertown.
No injuries were reported.
Both vehicles were driven from the scene, according to the news release.

CHESTERTOWN — Phylicia-Lyn Sommer Watkins, 30, Chestertown, on Nov. 2, was charged with exceeding posted maximum speed limit, 37 mph in a posted 30-mph zone.

CHESTERTOWN — James Edward Thompson, 57, Sudlersville, on Nov. 4, was charged with driving with suspended registration; and knowingly driving an uninsured vehicle.

CHESTERTOWN — Sandra Jane Sturgis, 58, Chestertown, on Nov. 4, was charged with displaying expired registration plate; driving without required license and authorization; driving while license is suspended; and driving on suspended license and privilege.
Officer Travis Burke conducted the traffic stop at 5:30 p.m. in the 700-block of High Street.

CHESTERTOWN — Manuel Hernandez Moreno, 35, Church Hill, on Nov. 5, was charged with displaying expired registration plate; driving without required license and authorization; and failure to display license to uniformed police on demand.

CHESTERTOWN — Brandon Jerome Cunningham, 40, Florence, S.C., on Nov. 9, was charged with driving without required license and authorization; driving on suspended out-of-state license; driving while license is suspended; failure to display license to uniformed police on demand; and failure to equip vehicle with required red rear stop lamp visible from a distance of not less than 300 feet.
